The 2008 Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival was the best so far!
Seafood Festival attendance was even higher than in previous years, pushing the level of attendance to 35,000+ visitors.
Since 1999, the Richmond Hill-Bryan County Chamber of Commerce has had the honor of inviting people from all over the Southeast to sample southern hospitality while enjoying the best seafood. In it’s 11th year, the Seafood Festival will attract over 35,000 people to the area and create approximately $1 million in local economic impact.
We are now preparing for the 2009 Great Ogeechee Seafood Festival. This year the festival will be held the third weekend of October, the 16th, 17th, and 18th.
